How the one-time activation and starting credits work.

Account activation is a one-time purchase, not a monthly subscription. The current price and included credits are shown on Pricing and again before checkout.
Once the provider confirms payment, your account gains permanent activated access and a shared credit balance. Credits are consumed by product actions, not by the passage of time.
