What to do after an ambiguous order
Avoid duplicate submissions when an exchange response is uncertain.

Do not repeatedly click execute or toggle automation after a timeout. An exchange may have accepted an order even when the platform did not receive the response.
Check open orders and positions at the exchange, then compare the platform order history. Contact support with the order reference and timestamp, never your API secret.
