Why exchange and platform records differ
Diagnose delayed prices, fills, and external account changes.

Exchange records are the final source of truth for balances and fills. The platform may lag while it reconciles order statuses or market prices. Manual trades, cancellations, partial fills, and exchange-side changes can also create differences.
Use the order reference and timestamps to compare both systems. If the discrepancy persists, open a support ticket.
