Check that the API key and secret are correct, trading permissions match the selected market, the exchange account has sufficient balance, and any IP allowlist includes the platform's egress address.
Some exchanges restrict products by region or account status. Never share credentials in a support ticket; provide the non-secret error message and time instead.
