Track a payment
Understand pending, completed, failed, and expired orders.

Your checkout and billing history show the payment state. A pending crypto payment may require blockchain confirmations; a Paystack payment requires provider verification. The server also processes provider callbacks, so you do not need to keep the page open.
If payment succeeded but credits are missing, contact support with the order reference. Never pay the same order twice to fix a delay.
